Service Payment

We accept all major credit cards as payment. Payment, other than special pre-payment arrangements, is required on delivery by cash or credit / debit card.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY CHEQUE.


Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to handle all orders in accordance with your instructions, or by agreement to meet your needs.


Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.


Credit Card Security

We hold no credit card information.

Privacy Policy

Ely Courier Service, ECS Trailers, and Ely Logistic Services Ltd do not disclose customer information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.


Damaged Goods & Returns Policy

We trust you are always fully satisfied with the quality and service that we offer. Our policy is to ask for a 'received' signature at the time of delivery, this includes an acceptance that goods have been received undamaged.
Should you have cause for complaint, or find goods have been damaged we must be advised in writing within 48 hours of delivery.




As with our other services we urge you to email, or call the office if you have any questions - we want you to be confident that the service you receive will meet your needs fully. (We have English, and French-speaking staff who can help you.)
